[Touhou] Kogasa Tatara

And here's another one, which comes with extras in the file where I found it.

The Umbrella Girl from Touhou Project, I'm not a huge fan of the character, but she has one of the cutest designs. This is my first mod that's also a pack, since it includes two skins. The one I'd seen in several videos and now-defunct blogs is the skin where she holds her umbrella and the model only uses one arm, but I was surprised to find a version with both arms free, plus the umbrella itself as a separate weapon.
