Deskripsi
Phil Cassidy is an arms dealer who appeared in GTA Vice City Stories.
He lost his left hand in a 1986 bomb accident.
I found a two-handed Phil model, so I made a player skin from this model.

Two handed phil model: ???
Have fun!
The model's legs is weird when the player walking.
