for adapt to the script it needs:
1. to make vehicle dff as joint object dff
2. to make collision as separated file
3. to edit the script with SB
4. to replace dff, txd, col (col-in-col) in gta3.img
ThatsMe said about other script of Gon_Iss, special script for submersible-vehicle. It's better than Ryosuke's script for military submarine (object is in San Fierro).

@Muhammad Gibran sure but you need to rename your txd file to sfe_sub.txd and your dff file to submarr_sfe.dff and here is the
script:http://hotmist.ddo.jp/cleomod/submarine/index.html
controle:
hold ctrl + s to spawn
up to go up.
dawn to go dawn .
ctrl to shoot torpedos.
space bar to shoot missels.
