This is a modification and retexture of the Dante Bellic mod, which can be found here: https://www.gtagaming.com/dante-bellic-full-face-rigging-f24705.html
I am new to GTA IV. The look of most of the models in game have not aged very well. Especially Niko's who's features are, in my opinion, exaggeratted, ape-like, and sometimes uncanny-looking. This is just for what I use on my personal playthrough.
It is not perfect. Facial animations are decent, better than most head remodels, but the eyes and other features can sometimes look strange.
I am not looking for feedback on this, as it is not my doing.
Either way, all credit goes to whoever ported and rigged the head model from DMC. I currently have no knowledge of how to edit GTA IV models, but if I have time maybe I'll learn and try to iron these issues out.
Comes with a few options for facial hair and a shaved head. You'll need a trainer to use these. Make sure you switch to hair #2 when using the shaved head.
Also includes custom dating profile pictures. Just put the contents of the texures file into GTAIV/pc/textures.
To install, use OpenIV or SparkIV to replace all files in GTAIV/PC/Models/CDimages/playerped.rpf. You can use any hand texture you want, but make sure you replace hand_000_r.wdr.

quick update, made the eyes less beady
