Got it.
Good thing I have Garry's Mod.
But, I looked up the APC in YouTube and it shows that it is only a continuous gear, meaning only a single gear. Must edit the handling.cfg first. I'll include it, but it get rids of all your other handling changes, like when you install car mods.
