SA Mobile Hud Carcer City edition

This mod changes the visuals of the SA Mobile HUD menu to better match the Carcer City mod. This mod also replaces the loading screens from the GTA V Animation Loading Bar for SA mod by Freetime Studios. It also introduces visual changes to the manhuntHUD mod, based among others on Complete UI Redux for Manhunt.
