Crown Court, car that's "definitely NOT a ripoff of a Ford Crown Victoria".
Seeing my previous MVL port from GTA3 back to Vice had a lot of bugs & material issues, figured this one deserved a more appropriate closure. I also took the liberty of adding "Convertible", "VCPD Police Cruiser", "Myriad Police Cruiser" and "ClassicTaxi Cab" configurations, sorted out all the extras & upscaled/replaced pretty much all the existing textures.
I also (finally?) addressed the ReadMe files, with all the instructions & credits where necessary. This one was really a fun project, mainly because it had a lot of potential (not to mention the rich history) but I'm afraid it's time to give it a rest and move on. If not anything else, it might hopefully serve as a reminder of (now lost & almost forgotten) large-scale project, "Myriad Islands" from the early 2000s.

Apart from being listed in the wrong category, this (ver 4.1) is now outdated version, so I highly recommend that you grab the latest edition, instead.
Version 5 will be delivered & uploaded soon, with too many changes & improvements to list in here, mainly focusing on MVL tuning capabilities.
Essentially "VehFuncs" features but for Vice City, featuring the car with almost infinite amount of extra combinations. Including the bumpers, wheels, panels, roofs and other components, which normally cannot be used as "Extra" parts.

Despite my best efforts, I couldn't get the screenshots to work for whatever the reason (something to do with GTA Inside, not me)
I even tried re-uploading them, but from what I can tell it didn't work (except for the two or three images), even though they are all in JPG format & same resolution.
I should also point out the obvious, that the mod was intended for GTA: Vice City and NOT San Andreas. Come to think of it, I don't even remember setting San Andreas category to begin with, but what's done is done and cannot be changed at this point.
Again, my apologies & most importantly - have fun!
