When u use blue Livery,u should only use color 1 as ur prim color.

@King Arthras Dude yes i make high quality mods but there are quite a few ppl want me to make it a lil bit friendly for low performance pcs . add damage parts is quite easy for me i can finish it in like 5 mins for a car . but think , since the models are hq so damage parts are high poly too so the size might increase like 10mb or more , thats not a good choice when it comes to the balance between low performance pcs and high one . so i do cut off all extra models that seems useless like damage parts . but when comes to the detail , like engine , they are accessible so i wont cut it because it will lower my cars' performacne in sa , anyway thanks for advice , if someday i release my next mod (the size without dam parts is small ) i will make dam parts (maybe i wont release 'cause there are too many haters . )
