-Replace Cop Carru.
-Reflections & plate in my style, no GTA-SA.
-Personal editable plate:
All GTA-V plate, with three bumper fonts; alpha platea for remove plate.
-Nothing extra for this model.
-Damaged parts: All for this model.
-Light LOD. Flat Shadow. Adapted Collision. All data strings.
-IVF211+ASI12 version.
-SA-Mobile version; without environment reflections. No testing.
-SA-MP/MTA no testing. Tested in ENB30+CLEO43.
-Open source, files unlocked: only credits required for use it.

Very very thanks, I mentioned you in my mod for texture problemj solved!
It must say that if it were not for the Russians there would be no modding GTA-V!

We have a problem with livery new DLC: the texture are in file .ydt (3D), and not in file .ytd (texture).
The current method for taking them no good:

Parts tuning SA valid for all vehicles there not are in GTA-V.
It should choose them, and accurately position the various dummies ug_xxx in vehicles.
At this point anyone would pay me to do it!

Actually you already have answered your question - lowriders + street racers definetely should be tunable. I dont remember though is it possible to mod _added_ lowriders, but I guess it is possible.

Do not forget that there are Transfender, which also supports tuning. Almost all normal vehicles which are not lowriders and street racing cars can be tuned in there. Yes it includes only spoilers, sometimes foglights etc, but still it is some kind of customization.
Actually you already have answered your question - lowriders + street racers definetely should be tunable. I dont remember though is it possible to mod _added_ lowriders, but I guess it is possible.

That's right, the problem is this: in GTA-V almost all vehicles have the tuning.
But in GTA-SA only 6 + 6 vehicles, street racer and low rider ...
Which of the 12 vehicles on almost (?) 500 I should do?...

That's right, the problem is this: in GTA-V almost all vehicles have the tuning.
