JUST copy&paste "gta3" folder to
android/data/com.rockstargames.gtasa/files/texdb
(If u don't have texdb folder, make it!!!)
and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldnt rate this as a good texture pack for a small device because it is extremely lagging due to small space in phone under 8 gb

@Winston You can export images from txd using txdworkshop and then import using fucker.

@dorung3570 can you please help because it´s very weird because when i have the normal gta3.img inside the folder the game doesnt crash when i wanna go into the gym but when i have a modded gta3.img withz modded cars for example in it the game crash when i go to gym.

@jeicovic, I don't know why exactly, but I'm thinking it is
map loading texture error. Because the original street texture
is little low quality so my high quality texture can't show you
smooth map loading. maybe it is violet that street far from you.
I'm not bad because I'm not violet just black. like shadow.
Sadly I can't fix it. Sorry.
