Deskripsi
Frank Tenpenny from GTA San Andreas ported to GTA IV by me
It retains the original weights from GTA SA as I've renamed all the weights, so the model's movements are as loyal as possible to the original.
- Features full in-game facial animations
- You can install this skin by replacing an existing ped in OpenIV
Wanna commission your own model?
- Contact me on Discord @speedystar to commission a model! <3
