Update: POPCYCLE_CAR_GROUP_TAXI now accepts more than 3 taxis. Any addons to this group will spawn around the map and receive full taxi functionality, including whistling and riding as a passenger.
Position of the taximeter is relative to the "taxi", so it won't look correct on some addon taxi models unless they are edited.
The plugin no longer needs to be in the "plugins" folder.

This plugin extends the max entries limit in cargrp.dat/pedgrp.dat from 35/40 to 60 per group.
You must have an empty line at the bottom of cargrp/pedgrp for the game not to crash.
For now, the plugin is compatible only with 1.0.7.0/1.0.8.0.
