@Otter21 When you make the number that high, you introduce the missing engine sound bug. A lot of discussion threads suggest that you make it 144000000, and adjust it by +/-20000000 until you have it "dialed in" where you no longer have too many of the same car types, and all engine sounds work.

To fix the taxi bug u need to install Fusion Fix, just install it first then find the fusionfix.ini in the main directory and open the ini, then scroll down until u see "[BudgetedIV]" and "Vehicle Budget=" put this number in Vehicle budget like this, VehicleBudget = 506188032 , here u go the taxi spawn bug is now fixed
