"GTA IV Remastered V2" completely fixes that! This custom ENB configuration is carefully coded to deliver a true, modern "Definitive Edition" visual style. It brings a bright, fresh, and cold atmosphere to the game while keeping your gameplay incredibly smooth and fluid.

Features advanced sun, sky, and environmental configurations. It replaces the old muddy, yellowish tint with a crisp, bright, and cool white lighting system that gives Liberty City a fresh, modern aesthetic.

Customized reflection formulas ([CHROME] & [REFLECTION] sections) tweaked to perfection. Every vehicle will feature strong, glossy, and metallic white reflections that pop beautifully under sunlight and streetlights.

Unlike heavy ENBs that ruin your frame rate, this preset is built with performance in mind. Heavy, unoptimized effects like Ambient Occlusion (AO), Bloom, and Detailed Shadows have been disabled. You get the premium look without losing your precious FPS.
